Shamans praise this tropical tree for its energy-cleansing and healing properties. Documented uses of Palo Santo include treatment of cold of flu symptoms, stress, asthma, headaches, anxiety, depression, muscular inflammation and even emotional pain. Even if you’re not an “energy person”, this medicine can help keep you grounded, open and clear. We combine our elixir with copal oil (a tree resin) used in ancient Mayan and Aztec rituals as an offering to the fertility gods. Copal is said to deepen awareness and encourage pure thoughts.
